Another classmate has passed away. Here is the obituary for Bill Van Every:
Mr. Bill Van Every, age 64, of Lawrenceville, GA passed away suddenly on Thursday, August 27, 2009. He is survived by: his wife of forty-three years, Mrs. Dianne Barke Van Every, Lawrenceville, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Michelle Van Every Tubbs and husband, Steve, Jasper, AL; son and daughter-in-law, Troy and Gina Jeffers Van Every, Gainesville, GA; grandsons, Austin Van Every and Nathan Van Every; aunts, Mrs. Rheba Dean King, Lagrange, GA and Mrs. Linda Mims-Clark, Lagrange, GA; first cousin and their daughter, Greg and Anne Marie King and Meredith, all of Macon, GA. Mr. Van Every was born November 10, 1944 in Langdale, AL. He was a 1962 graduate of Escambia High School in Pensacola, FL and a 1966 graduate of Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL. Mr. Van Every was a retired owner, consultant, engineer and developer from Champion Software Solutions. He worked on NASA Apollo Mission where he wrote and developed programs. He was a member of the Gwinnett Rotary Club for many years. Mr. Van Every was a member of Providence Church in Duluth, GA and was a former member of Hebron Baptist Church in Dacula, GA where he was a Sunday school teacher of the Willis-Van Every Sunday School Class. Bill and Dianne were Christian Marriage Counselors for the past twelve years. Mr. Van Every loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, hiking and biking. He loved spending time with his family and he will be greatly missed by all. He loved his Lord and his Word and is rejoicing with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, August 30, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Ty Blackburn officiating. Interment will follow in Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Providence Church, 2146 Buford Highway, Duluth, GA 30097 in memory of Bill Van Every.
Another classmate has passed away. Here is the obituary for Ernest Taylor:
Ernest Jackson, "Jack" Taylor, Jr. passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 30, 2009 at the Joyce Goldenberg Hospice Residence, surrounded by loved ones.
Jack was born on September 25, 1944 to Ernest and Louise Taylor. He was a lifelong resident of Pensacola. He served in the United States Army and then continued to serve others as a devoted deputy sheriff for nearly 20 years. He married Linda Mondello in 1971 and had two daughters. It was then that his best work was done. He was the most loving, sincere and giving father imaginable. He loved his daughters and family dearly.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Bosso and Maggie Wilson; father, Ernest Taylor, Sr. and brother, Stephen Taylor.
He is survived by his loving mother, Louise Taylor; daughters, Jackie Thompson and Brandi (Rico) Santiago; sisters, Ann (James) Pate, Linda (David) Knouse, Brenda Diane (Patrick) Maloney; grandchildren, Haley, Maloree, Trent, Raziel, Connor, Mauriel, Niko and Gabriel; many nieces, nephews, and other family members. He is also survived by his friend and mother of his children, Linda Taylor.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at FAITH CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 100 Beverly Pkwy, with Pastor Gary Laird officiating.
Interment will follow in Clopton Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Faith Chapel from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2.
Pallbearers will be David Knouse, Jr., Randy Knouse, Patrick Maloney, Jr., Christopher Maloney, Troy Pate and Rico Santiago.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Covenant Hospice Joyce Goldenberg Residence, 10075 Hillview Road, Pensacola, FL 32514, in memory of Ernest Taylor so that others may have the opportunity to have the support, care and dignity that our father received.

Another classmate has passed away. Here is the obituary for David Larcom
as presented in the PNJ:
David (Larcom) Appleson, age 62, of Pensacola died Tuesday, August 7, 2007.
David was born in Memphis, TN, but resided in Pensacola through his young childhood and adult life.
He graduated from Escambia High School. On September 28, 1962 David joined the U. S. Marine Corps and was later promoted to Sergeant. He honorably served his country and was discharged from the Marines on July 29, 1968. After his discharge, he went to work for Monsanto (Solutia) and retired in 1999. He was an avid Notre Dame fan and enjoyed rebuilding older model cars.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Holly Larcom and Mary (Larcom) Frost, and brother, Ronald Appleson.
Survivors include: his sisters, Diane Jolly of Cantonment, Janice Hollis Palmer of Pensacola, and Gayle Cook of Brewton, AL; brother, Ronnie Larcom of Boston, MA and several nephews, nieces and cousins.
Memorial service will be 12:30 p.m., Thursday, August 23, 2007 at Barrancas National Cemetery, NAS, Pensacola with the Reverend Dale Patterson Officiating.
TRAHAN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Veterans Memorial or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
Another classmate has passed away. Here is the obituary for David White

David passed away Saturday, July 28, 2007 at the age of 62, after a courageous two-year battle with lung cancer.
Born on August 2, 1944 in Pensacola, FL, David became passionate about the environment, birds, and habitat conservation at an early age. He earned his Ph.D. in Anthropology at Southern California Edison. After starting his firm, Applied Cultural Dynamics, in Santa Fe, David completed several ethnographic studies for the National Park Service. Throughout his career, his work was dedicated to Native American issues and cultural preservation.
He is survived by his wife, Susan Guyette and her son, Austin Spafford; his brother, Rick White, and his mother, Marcella White.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Randolph Carew White; his father, Marvin H. White; and his aunt, Agnes Reedy Mayne.
David's passion for the environment was central to his life. Throughout his cancer treatment, David wrote prolifically on birding and habitat conservation topics. He served as Vice President of the Sangre de Cristo Chapter (Santa Fe) of Audubon New Mexico and as a board member of the Los Angeles Audubon Chapter.
A memorial service will be held at the Randall Davey Audubon Center (upper Canyon Road, Santa Fe, NM) on August 15, 2007, from 3 to 5 p.m.
